About Debra Hoffmeyer
A distinguished leader in industry-academic collaborations for CNS clinical research and drug development. Her expertise encompasses the full spectrum of drug development, from Investigational New Drug (IND) applications to New Drug Applications (NDA), including Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs). As founder and CEO of CITrials (now CenExel CIT), Debra Hoffmeyer led strategic collaborations with leading academic institutions. She co-founded the UCR research residency program alongside Drs. Maguire and Binder, advancing clinical research training and innovation. She has played a key role in the development and approval of all ADT, contributing expertise to their design and implementation. In business development and overseeing research across 19 facilities, she contributed to significant increase in site projects.
