   New enterprise Project Management Office was created with the goal of providing project structure and process scalability as the credit union encounters significant growth and opportunity. • Helped to create, develop and define the Project Management Office (PMO) including philosophy, tools and process. • Using the DMAIC process, there was great focus on creating more process and workflow efficiency. Extensive process mapping and process improvement within the organization became an integral part of many strategic projects. Earned DMAIC Greenbelt.
