ABOUT DEBRA EASTER
Senior strategic leader and qualified coach with a strong track record of leading high-performing employability services within higher education. As Director of Employability Services at Nottingham Trent University, I provide strategic leadership for services supporting more than students across multiple campuses, helping to position NTU as 1st in the UK for Employability.I have led the development of NTU’s Live, Learn, Work strategy, a whole person development model that integrates academic, personal and professional growth across the student experience. I also led the creation of a new university-wide co-curricular activities platform, helping students engage with opportunities beyond the curriculum and further embedding Live, Learn, Work across the institution.Alongside my university role, I serve as Director at Graduate Futures Institute, helping shape the future of employability in higher education through collaboration and stronger links between universities and industry. As a qualified coach, I bring a people-focused leadership style focused on developing individuals, building partnerships and creating opportunities for students and graduates.I’m always keen to connect with organisations interested in student talent, placements, graduate recruitment or strategic partnerships.
