At ChangeWise, together with Bill Joiner, co-author of the groundbreaking book, Leadership Agility, I partner with executives and their organizations to more effectively initiate and lead change. I help clients step back, reflect, and upgrade their leadership repertoire so as to better meet the challenges posed by the changes they are leading and the fast changing, tumultuous, and ever more interdependent operating environment most leaders face today. My services include individual, team, and organizational assessment, coaching, and consulting, as well as leadership development workshops and action learning programs, e.g. the Agile Change Leader Lab. I also co-facilitate coach certification training for the Leadership Agility 360.
