Ms. Stockton is an experienced executive with a 25-year business track record at Law Firms, in Real Estate Software, and the Energy Industry. Currently Debra is General Counsel and Vice President, Human Resources of Helmerich & Payne, a Fortune global oil and gas technology and services provider.Ms. Stockton has extensive expertise in public and private company mergers and acquisitions in the US and abroad. During her career, Ms. Stockton has assisted and led numerous successful M&A deals and worked on numerous strategic initiatives for commercial growth and expansion. In her role as General Counsel at Helmerich & Payne, she leads technology acquisitions, including deals involving companies in Europe and strategic partnerships with companies in the Middle East. As a Senior Vice President and business unit leader for RealPage, Inc, a $10 billion SAAS business, Debra led an international team in the United States, India and the Philippines focused on product strategy and implementation. While at RealPage, Debra had P&L responsibility for a complex, heavily regulated product portfolio with a multi-million-dollar revenue stream. She led the transformation of that business, while increasing profits and stabilizing the product GTM. Ms. Stockton has extensive experience in Board governance, advising both public and private companies during her law firm career and through serving as Corporate Secretary for Helmerich & Payne. She currently is Chair of the Board of Directors for the company’s India subsidiary.
