I lead the legal function for Revvity’s $1.3B global Life Sciences segment while also directing key enterprise-wide functions, including Global Privacy, U.S./Canada Employment Law, and corporate governance support. In both capacities, I serve as a strategic partner to the business, leading a team of attorneys and privacy professionals to enable growth while mitigating risk.Segment Leadership (Life Sciences):• Direct the dedicated legal teams supporting our three core sub-businesses: Reagents, Platforms, and Technology & Licensing.• Serve as lead legal counsel on all M&A transactions for the segment, guiding deals from due diligence through post-acquisition integration.• Structure and negotiate a high volume of complex agreements, including strategic collaborations, complex IP licensing, OEM, and global supply contracts.• Manage all segment-specific commercial litigation, investigations, and disputes.Enterprise-Wide Corporate Leadership:• Direct Revvity’s enterprise-wide Privacy and Data Protection strategy, managing the Global DPO function and providing strategic legal assistance for the corporate/enterprise IT team, guiding software compliance audits and advising on AI governance.• Provide strategic counsel to C-level executives and HR on all employment matters, guiding the business through high-risk employee relations, workforce restructurings, OFCCP audits, and all related litigation.• Provide key support for public company reporting, including contributing to the preparation of our annual proxy statement, managing legal review for SOX narratives, and other corporate governance and compliance matters. Serve as Assistant Secretary for numerous company subsidiaries.
