Debra brings over 30 years of experience designing and facilitating complex, multi-party, natural resource processes. She will facilitates meetings, provides strategic consultation, and oversees agenda preparation, meeting summaries, action item lists and other facilitation team deliverables. She also helps groups move beyond well-established positions on difficult issues and participate productively as they engage in collaborative efforts.
