About Debra M.
I live my life with Young Onset Parkinson\'s Disease but it does not define me. My goal is to be \"Free to Fly\" as a friend, wife, mother, sister, daughter and, yes, as a person with Parkinson\'s Disease.and to help other PWPD continue to be \"free to fly\". Pilates and other exercises allow us to live our lives to the fullest! It is also important to help others. To that end, I became a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system. And I strive to live my life in a positive and caring way, surrounding myself by others who believe the same. Specialties: Working with people affected by Parkinson\'s disease. Facilitating online exercise classes Monday through Friday for People with Parkinson\'s.
