I’m a Medical Affairs leader with more than 20 years of experience in pharma and life sciences. I build collaborative, high-performing teams that connect science, strategy, and purpose. At GE Healthcare, I gained a broad foundation across neurology, oncology, cardiology, and gastroenterology. I’ve since led global Medical Affairs functions driving excellence across early-stage, late-stage, and post-launch lifecycle management for interventional, diagnostic, and drug-device combination products. My focus has always been on patient impact and cross-functional partnership.I’m known for aligning medical and business strategies and for leading with transparency, accountability, and empathy. I established compliant processes for KOL interactions, medical information, and copy review; advanced REMS readiness; and implemented data-driven launch strategies to expand disease awareness and strengthen patient access.At Kaléo, I directed Medical Affairs strategy for rescue medications in allergy/immunology and addiction—developing integrated communication plans, publication roadmaps aligned with ICMJE and GPP standards, optimizing KOL partnerships, and streamlining IIR and IME processes.At Indivior, I advanced global Medical Affairs strategy for addiction and psychiatric treatments, creating medical education platforms, publication frameworks, and collaborative models that elevated transparency, compliance, and scientific exchange.Recognized for evidence generation, competitive insight, HEOR/RWE integration, and excellence in medical governance, my leadership style is collaborative, accountable, and purpose-driven—I empower teams to think critically, partner effectively, and lead with integrity.
