As Senior Category Manager for Digital supporting Assets, Operations and Capital Delivery (AOCD), I lead the commercial strategy for a critical portfolio of digital services and suppliers that underpin Thames Water’s operational resilience and capital delivery ambitions. I drive strategic Category Management, shape long‑term commercial roadmaps and ensure our digital supply chain delivers innovation, value and risk‑managed outcomes. End‑to‑End Category Strategy Ownership – Leading short‑, medium‑ and long‑term category strategies with a pipeline of initiatives that maximise value and balance commercial risk.4. Market Insight & Stakeholder Advisory – Providing deep category expertise and supply‑market insight to shape sourcing strategies and manage category‑level risks.5. Commercial Expertise & Agility – Acting as the commercial authority for the digital category, enabling rapid response to market and technology changes.
