ABOUT DEBRA KOPELMAN
I am committed to helping leaders find a more meaningful connection with the work that they love. I enjoy inspiring clients to see, think, and act differently in alignment with their goals. I have deep experience with coaching scientific leaders in gaining greater self-awareness of when reactive tendencies are present, building new mindsets that unleash greater more sustainable performance, and motivating others in a way where there is balance between empowerment and accountability. As an Executive Coach, I work with leaders who are seeking insight, support, and an accountability partner as they face difficult challenges. These challenges may include building or leading a team, cultivating meaningful relationships, and stepping into new or expanded roles. My coaching philosophy is holistic and therefore considers all aspects of her clients’ personal and professional lives, drawing from creative and somatic disciplines. Currently, I coach leaders at several local and global companies including Genentech/Roche, Glaxo Smith & Kline, Astra Zeneca, Calico, UltraGenyx, Myokardia, MetLife and Novartis. My background constitutes 20+ years of coaching leaders for their personal and team development.
