   Working at the Building & Safety Division of the City of Burbank in the late 1980s sparked Debra’s interest in Real Estate. Barry ran a successful Jewelry Store in Burbank for over 30 years where he learned the importance of trust. Since that time, we have gained experience in purchases and sales of primary residences as well as investment properties, purchases and sales of short sales and REOs, participation in 1031 exchanges, property management, and mortgage brokerage. Over the past 34 years, Pinnacle Estate Properties has created an environment of independence, professionalism, and accountability for its real estate agents. As Realtors with Pinnacle, we are able to provide a wide range of services including aggressive marketing, leading edge technology, a huge network of agents, along with a variety of support services. To increase our value, Barry has completed courses as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert. To further understand what is important to many longtime homeowners, Debra has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Together we make a stellar team.We are extraordinarily pleased to be members of the Pinnacle Estate Properties team. Debra has been licensed since 2007 and has earned Top Producer awards as well as Agent of the Year! Year 2012 brought Barry to our business and us to the President’s Club.
