Manage a portfolio of grants for multiple CPD programs and initiatives including Continuum of Care, Community Development Block Grant, HOME, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS, and Community Project Funding- Provide technical assistance with a portfolio of recipients and grantees for multiple CPD programs, providing systems and process training, and support to programs- Conduct grants management activities throughout the lifecycle of a grant, including processing grant agreements, budget analysis, review of grantees’ plans and performance reports, risk assessment, monitoring site visits, and grant closeout- Provide excellent customer service, through consistent communication and follow-up, including proactive guidance, research of regulations and policies, and best practices, as well as connecting to other cities, communities of practice, and other non-financial resources- Collaborate with team members and make recommendations on policy initiatives, management, resources, and requirements to support HUD programs- Create content and prepare presentations to provide technical assistance and guidance to a larger audience through local and regional HUD training, and external statewide conferences- Participate in national level review of competitive grant applications with proposal review and evaluation based on the criteria outlined in the matrix.
