Debra Goldman, PT, MA, PRPC has over twenty five years experience in the management of orthopedic and pelvic floor dysfunction. In addition to her private practice, she worked along side a uro-gynecologist for 8 years at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in NJ. Over the past 5 years, Debra has taken course work with Dr. Stacy Sims on Menopause, attended many conferences on mneopause and has integrated that information into her work with females in the peri-menopause and menopause transtion. As a menopausal recreational athlete, Debra has gained even greater skills in helping females work with their physiology and focus on lifting weights and integrating that into their Pelvic Health. She also specializes in the evaluation and treatment of pregnancy and post-partum related pelvic pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness/spasm/pain in addition to bladder and bowel issues. It\'s absolutely possible to return to a painfree and stronger-than-ever state of function and avoid prolapse and incontinence. It\'s also possible to restore painfree intimacy with pelvic floor therapy. Gentle hands-on manual therapy and a home program with pelvic wands and dilators is a highly effective treatment option and is successful for so many. Working with patients with Interstitial Cystitis and Painful Bladder Syndrome, endometriosis and hypermobility syndromes is also an improtant part of Debra\'s work.
