Adkisson Search is a retained search firm that specializes in the strategic search for healthcare professionals, including providers and executives. In this role, I look forward to utilizing my skills and experience to help healthcare organizations find top-tier talent that will drive the highest level of patient care. With 10 years of experience as an in-house physician recruiter and over 20 years specializing in the automotive manufacturing industry, particularly in recruiting Japanese/English bilingual professionals, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my work. My journey spans both external and in-house recruitment, giving me a broader perspective on organizational needs from a Talent Acquisition Management standpoint. In my previous roles outside of healthcare, I led efforts to acquire top talent for the automotive industry, managing placements across the USA, Japan, Mexico, and Europe. I developed a deep understanding of the industry\'s needs, placing professionals with companies, and building lasting relationships with clients globally. Now, as I transition back to healthcare recruitment, I am excited to leverage my comprehensive experience to connect healthcare organizations with the ideal candidates to meet their strategic goals.
