About Debra Rabalais

I am the Founder and CEO of Mission Minded Programs, a consulting company focused on helping nonprofits achieve their missions by designing efficient and effective programs, fine-tuning existing programs, and increasing grant funding. We provide program support from interim program leadership, program evaluations, program design, public (government) and private (foundations) grant writing, to technical writing of policies and procedures. We also provide concierge case management. Prior to starting Mission Minded Programs, I served as the Vice President of Program Services at the largest homeless provider in North Texas. There I oversaw the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that served over individuals and families per year. I have a bachelor\'s degree in Social Work and more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit management and shelter services.One of my core competencies is government grant writing, which enabled me to secure funding for the agency\'s programs and operations. I have written multiple successful grants for federal, state, and local agencies, totaling over $75 million in the past ten years. I am also a creative problem solver who strives to find innovative and effective solutions to end homelessness in Tarrant County. Under my program leadership, the agency moved more than individuals from homelessness to housing.
