About Debra Berman

Debra Berman has been in a real estate partnership with Pat Kandel for 35 years. They were pioneers in this real estate team concept starting in 1985, when the team of Berman-Kandel was established. They were ahead of the crowd, and spent many years establishing the Berman Kandel brand and teaching other agents around the country, how their partnership worked. Their main thrust is to have a partnership based on commitment, professionalism and service to their clients. This full service luxury Real Estate team, pride themselves in diligence and hard work, along with constant communication with their clients. Prior to real estate, Debra was an elementary school teacher. Debra and her husband Stan have lived Marina del Rey and Playa del Rey for 48 years. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren and are members of the Del Rey Yacht Club. Through the years, Debra has been active in many charitable organizations, from Venice Boys and Girls Club, LACMA Costume Counsel and Santa Monica College.
