Hey everyone! This is Deboshree, a determined individual whose core is serving people and always hungry for knowledge. As a final year student of Business Management at XIM University, Bhubaneswar, I\'ve keen interest in the domain of Human Resources, Operations and Analytics.Currently, I\'m the head of the operations department in UG - Career Advisory Services (Placement Cell). As a member I have had worked towards vetting over 300+ CVs and LinkedIn profiles. Also, worked in the organising committee of Alumni Meet\'23, and majorly worked for designing, market research, outreach, sponsorship and backend work in CAS.And I\'m a content creator at the Maanviya (Human Resources) Club, where I work for the ideation of the social media posts and events. Also, was in the organising committee to conduct \'Preference Paradox\', a case study competition, by the club.I\'ve also been one of the heads in the organising committee to conduct Utpann\'23, the HR Conclave, and worked with a dynamic team of 9 members and gained skills of hospitality and skill management.I\'ve also served as the Local Committee Vice President of Business Development and External Relations, AIESEC in Bhubaneswar, where I gained the skills of networking and negotiating, and headed a team of 30 unique individuals.Beyond my formal positions, I\'m someone who is very amiable, and fond of reading non-fictions and classics.
