Drive Growth in the area of Media And Communications through innovative Products like Digital Identity & Commerce, Digital Content Cloud,Digital Partner Management.\\\\n• Management and Supervision of 3 scrum teams based on off-shore (Romania,Netherlands,Cyprus, Canada and India).\\\\n• Deliver and operate according to right KPI/metrics, and tracking and taking corrective action wherever required.\\\\n• Use of Scrum and Safe Methodology through iterative development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Inspection, Continuous Monitoring and Continuous Provisioning.\\\\n• Own P&L.\\\\n• Participate in recruitment process including ascertaining recruiting needs, definition of job descriptions, assessing candidate credentials and qualifications, and interviewing.\\\\n• Management and trusted relationship with customer stakeholders (including Executive Level Communication towards IT,Business,Procurement,Finance and Operations) and act as a brand ambassador.\\\\n• Manage escalated technical and operational issues maintaining continuous communication with clients through resolution and rallying internal stakeholders when necessary to drive resolution.\\\\n• Preparation of SOW, Project Contract Document and participation in pre-sales activities through RFP/RFQ. Negotiate and maintain contracts with preferred suppliers.\\\\n• Participation in Steering Committee Meetings.\\\\n• Mentor Project/Program Teams.\\\\n• Use of Standard Tools like JIRA for Scrum Management and RALLY for Safe Methodology.\\\\n•Own relationships with key enterprise accounts including Identify untapped potential in accounts leveraging on unique relationships and customer centric perspective to create leads for the sales team.\\\\nWork closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that the voice of the customer is clearly and deeply considered in product roadmap, and that the business impacts of customer requests are clearly articulated to internal stakeholders\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
