Bottom-Line Savings• Avoiding $1M in proposed price increases through strategic contract negotiations. • Managing vendor negotiations to avert a proposed 200% rate increase on lines per hour. • Developing and negotiating a new shipping program that has reduced costs $60K annually to date. Leadership & Strategy• Designing quarterly review presentations that deliver results in a way that resonates with our clients. • Leading development of a suite of business intelligence reports that provide drill down visibility into KPIs.I love learning and have a high degree of strategic agility. During COVID, I started completing at least two professional development trainings weekly to help me become the best leader I can be for my team. Leaders are only as strong as their teams and I’m so thankful for the great work we do and the things we accomplish together every day.
