Change Management: Implemented standardization to include team agreements, expectations, standard work and team visual management board utilized in weekly huddles that enabled the team to communicate standard functional area directives to client leaders and analyze time spent to positively affect roles as a strategic partner. Process Improvement: Worked with hospital departmental operations staff to implement a process to on-board new physicians enabling them to start seeing patients in clinics, in many cases, by as much as two months earlier. Process included timelines, checklists, state and hospital contact and a physician on-boarding/welcome handbook. Human Centered Design: New Leader Onboarding Program. Interviewed new leaders to understand onboarding experiences and learn what new leaders need and expect from an onboarding program. Compiled themes to create learnings based on leader input. After leader brainstorming ideas from learnings, created prototyped and tested support contact list templates crucial to new leaders on their first day. Process will include hiring manager engagement and expectations. Project Management Experience: Managing project timeline and execution for organizational restructures. Also managed a gender equity project collaborating with many departments to gain engagement, current and historic data; meeting deadlines and reaching conclusive outcomes.
