Communications Officer within L’Initiative, the French mechanism complementary to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Supporting nearly 150 projects across 40+ countries (primarily in the Global South), the program aims to improve access to quality healthcare for populations, particularly the most vulnerable.Key priorities include: human rights, community health, operational research, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, health system strengthening, civil society capacity building, One Health, and harm reduction.Editorial Project Management- Led audiovisual productions, including field missions in Africa and Asia, independently managing all communication aspects: writing and producing documentaries, Expertise France’s first podcasts, as well as photo and written reports- Oversaw communication campaigns (awareness milestones/World Days), briefing editorial and creative agencies- Coordinated the full redesign of the website with digital and editorial agencies (architecture, content, navigation, UX/UI)- Directed the revamp of editorial and graphic guidelines: visual templates, tone, formats, article categories, and writing standards.Communication Consulting- Redesigned the communication toolkit, creating resources to help partners apply visibility guidelines (communication plan templates, visuals, guidance notes)- Supported project implementers with communication strategies: reviewing plans and budgets, providing tailored advice and innovative approaches- Designed and facilitated communication trainings (on-site and remote) based on newly developed resources for project partners.
