   I lead the KM team, which helps Milliman employees share information and collaborate effectively. I manage multiple programs to empower communication and collaboration, including nearly 50 firmwide CoPs, a Champions program for M365 adoption, and plan and manage communications and education/support for both Microsoft and custom IT solutions. I also partner closely with firmwide leaders to provide resources for communication and decision support. In addition to my KM role, I am co-chair of the Milliman Giving Fund, which has granted more than $3M to amplify Milliman\'s mission and improve the health, education, and economic development of communities worldwide. I am a member of the Social Impact and Sustainability Committee, working to help Milliman achieve its climate goals. And I am a founder and leader of the MilliWomen Employee Resource Group.
