I am a senior recruitment and people leader with 30 years’ experience across permanent recruitment, HR and professional training. I have built my career on long-term recruitment partnerships rather than transactional hiring support.During my 25+ years in senior roles at Hays, I supported over 100 schools/ MATs across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire and developed exclusive recruitment partnerships with 20+ schools, managing all aspects of their permanent recruitment. I advised CEOs, COOs, MAT leaders, Headteachers on senior leadership appointments, workforce planning and recruitment strategy.I currently work as VP of People at Soluis Group (previously Edify), where I have led recruitment and talent acquisition, enabling strategic workforce planning and organisational growth from 30 to 140 colleagues.
