ABOUT DEBORAH J. DAVIS
Deborah J. Davis has been advocating for accessibility in the world we live in and inclusion in the media since 2007, when she founded the first disability inclusive stock image library, PUSHLiving Photos.As Founder and Owner of Push Living, Inc. and its divisions (PUSHLiving Magazine, PUSHLiving Photos, PUSHLiving Shop, PUSHLiving Travel, PUSHLiving Advisors, and PUSHLiving Podcasts), Deborah oversees the firm’s mandate to “push the boundaries of inclusive lifestyle, travel, and business.” Davis, who was in a car accident at 18, that caused C6 - C7 spinal cord injury, which resulted in incomplete quadriplegia, is committed to creating opportunities for others with disabilities to succeed. Deborah is a mother of two girls, world traveler, and experienced sales and marketing professional with a Bachelors of Business Administration-Finance from the University of Miami.Over the course of more than two decades, her career has spanned from roles serving as an Independent Contractor, with roles specializing in sales and marketing of medical equipment/supplies, Americans with Disabilities Act and human resource development consulting and training, professional fundraiser for Not for Profits, and as the Director of Development and Public Relations, and Executive Director for Abilities of Florida.
