I am passionate about listening to and understanding customers and use insight to provide actionable, commercially viable recommendations to help my clients optimise their business & marketing strategy. I help brands reconnect with people, by truly understanding them. Interpreting human behaviour is a science, and an art. Knowing why people do what they do, what motivates them, and what doesn’t. The key to all this is valid interpretation to feed strategy.With over 25 years working client side, and experience of working with major retail & fmcg clients, I specialise in the customer experience, customer journey, brand and marketing sectors with considerable retail and financial services experience.
