I\'m a practical and forward thinking individual who has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the lighting industry, office process flow and facility management. In my most recent role I am charged with assisting specifiers and owners in budgeting, designing and specifying the best lighting and controls environments for their customers and installations. I make this otherwise complicated task an educational and meaningful process for my customers. This is accomplished through careful knowledge of my specifier\'s needs in conjunction with mindful product selection for a creative functional impactful design. My goal is for each design to have been an enjoyable experience for my specifier and client and a positive contribution to their environment for years to come. My past career experience, has proven my ability to direct and streamline the processes of comprehensive facilities and offices to increase efficiency; ultimately increasing to the bottom line. My efforts took the daily burden of running facilities out of the equation leaving the talent and infrastructure to run smoothly and operate at maximum capacity and full functionality. I have learned to excel in resolving employer challenges with a firm understanding of my role whether it be in developing extraordinary lighting and controls environments or managing office staff and facility budgets. Experienced in personnel management including HR terms and policies and the fiscal responsibility of maintaining budgets. Excel in process flow and facility management related to hospitality and restaurant entities. Comfortable with the legal aspects related to contract terms, lease agreements and negotiations. Well versed in project management and sales as related to the construction and the lighting industry. Bilingual in Spanish.
