The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) has been a leading influence of credentialed coaches, credentialed coach training schools, and the coaching profession for over 30 years; CTI’s Co-Active Model® and the Co-Active Leadership Model® are defining sources in the global fields of coaching and leadership. Deborah is a CTI Senior Faculty Member and Certified Co-Active Designer. For over 23-years she has taught the Co-Active coaching curriculum and the introductory leadership course, trains faculty new to leading CTI\'s curriculums, and is a mentor coach for certification students.

ABOUT DEBORAH COLMAN
Deborah Colman is an Executive Coach, with extensive experience working with C-Suite leaders committed to reflective leadership, responsibly expressing their rank and privilege, and growing their personal capacity to advocate for positive change and inclusivity in their organizations and communities.Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Deborah was a Senior Director of Organizational Development at Markham Stouffville Hospital and a Director of a Rehabilitation Unit at West Park Health Care Center.In Deborah founded Inspiring Leadership at Colman & Company Inc, to support leaders to clearly define their genuine leadership style, be intentional about their impact, and make judicious business decisions amidst their fast-paced and ever-changing work environments. She is widely recognized by her clients, peers and students alike as an inspiring and wise leader dedicated to generating transformative learning and sustainable results.In 2005, Deborah received her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, awarded to fewer than 1% of coaches worldwide with coaching hours to her credit. She is certified in the Leadership Circle 360, the Collective Leadership Survey, the iEQ9 Integrated Enneagram, and the Emotional Quotient-Inventory 2.0®. Under Deborah\'s leadership, Deloitte Canada in 2022 and The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) in 2004 were awarded the International Coaching Federation\'s PRISM Award for excellence in business achievement through coaching. She is a published author in partnership with Deepak Chopra and Ken Blanchard of the book ‘Roadmap to Success; America’s Top Intellectual Minds Map Out Successful Business Strategies.’Deborah earned a Masters in Arts in Organizational Development from the University of Toronto and is an active consumer of courses designed to support her lifelong commitment to personal and professional growth. Her areas of expertise have been strategically developed to address today’s complex and fast paced business world.
