Engagement/Outreach Roles and Responsibilities: Research and recommend educational and outreach events to be supported by and/ or sponsored by HSI. Serves on various internal and/or external committees updating and reporting on outreach efforts as it relates to activity including contact with clients, participants, community residents and agencies throughout the service area; Assists in the development and execution of departmental budget to identify and develop opportunities to amplify the work of the community engagement department to amplify their work in the field and impact to the community; Manages the process of building short and long term community collaborations; Contributing to the work of the wider communications and engagement team, media and events, as appropriate; Represent HSI, as needed at various venues, i.e. conferences, presentations, boards and/or committees, etc.
