   Today, hospice care is an integral part of Palm Beach and Broward counties, offering comfort, compassion, and improved quality of life for families who are facing advanced illness. Yet, as recently as the 1970’s, there were only two hospice organizations in the nation, located in Connecticut and California. For the past 37 years, Hospice of Palm Beach County and Hospice by the Sea have cared for nearly families in Palm Beach and Broward counties. With our common history and philosophy, it just made sense that these two esteemed organizations come together to serve the community as one. In 2014, TrustBridge Health was created as a new parent company to combine these hospices, along with FocusCare Home Health Agency, Harbor Palliative Care Services, and a robust caregiver program. Together, we are able to secure the future of not-for-profit care in our community—care that puts the comfort of patients and families first. TrustBridge Health cares for 1,900 hospice patients per day, with 1,400 employees and 800 volunteers, and 9 inpatient care centers, in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Responsibilities include:* Recruitment of qualified RN\'s and LPN\'s * Planning of job fairs * Extending job offers * Use applicant tracking system to track all candidate activity * Responsible for creating reports to track open positions
