Serving as a Senior First Officer for easyJet, operating the Airbus A320 Fleet on the European and north African network.Also working as Sustainability Officer for the easyJet sustainability team, helping the company understand the impact of hydrogen technology on future airline operations and other sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities include working with the partners to exchange technical and operational information on the flight and ground operations impact. Leading the easyJet team on the Roll Royce Hydrogen combustion project \"Pilot working group\"- designing a cockpit display for a hydrogen combustion aircraft with the Rolls Royce team and group of airline pilots. Integrating and trialling the interface in-flight normal and abnormal operations, with human factors analysis. Plus assessment on the pilot difference training required for type rating certification with a future hydrogen aircraft. Supporting the Jet Zero Council Zero Emissions Flight Aircraft Subgroup technical discussion and strategy. Supporting the Hydrogen South West consortium on behalf of easyJet, consortium including Airbus, GKN, Bristol Airport, Costain, Hynamics. Ambition to accelerate a hydrogen economy in the south west of UK.I conducted pilot engagement and education through articles for the pilot community on the impacts of hydrogen aircraft.
