I’ve spent the past 20+ years working across sales, marketing, community building, and partnerships, really just helping connect people, ideas, and opportunities that lead to meaningful business growth.A big part of my career was with NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), where I served as National VP of Membership and Community Outreach. That’s where I really found my passion for supporting entrepreneurs, especially women business owners, and helping them build strong, successful companies.Today, I’m a Senior Director of Partnerships at Cultivate Advisors. I focus on building relationships and partnerships, and I also get to work directly with business owners who are serious about growing their businesses in a more intentional way.One thing I’ve seen over and over is that a lot of business owners are working really hard, but they’re not always focused on the things that will actually move the needle. I love helping people take a step back, get a fresh perspective, and figure out where they should really be spending their time to create growth.At Cultivate, we offer a complimentary growth and value assessment, which gives business owners a clear picture of where they are today and where they can go next. It’s one of my favorite conversations to have because you can almost see the shift happen in real time.I really believe that when you combine passion with purpose, you create the opportunity to grow something meaningful, not just for yourself, but for the people around you and the bigger community.Outside of work, I’ve been married for 35 years (where did the time go), have two amazing kids, and recently added a son-in-law to the family. We also love rescuing dogs and currently have two, who I love almost as much as my kids.I’m also a competitive tennis player, have run the L.A. Ran a marathon twice, and I\'ll take any chance I can get to be near a beach or relaxing at a spa!

As a business owner myself, and through my experience with NAWBO, I understand the realities of building and growing a business, and what it actually takes to scale.I love being in front of a room, speaking to groups, leading workshops, and facilitating conversations around growth and enterprise value. At the same time, I really enjoy the one-on-one side, sitting down with an owner, understanding what they need, and helping them gain clarity on where to focus next.A big part of what we do starts with helping business owners step back and see their business from a different perspective.
