I have been involved in all aspects of property management for 25 + years. I am a current member of several reputable industry organizations such as the Community Association Institute (CAI), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). I am a former member of the Military Housing and Lodging Institute (MHLI). Continuing education is especially important to me and that is evident by the designations that I have obtained through the years. I currently hold the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM. I have previously earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through CAI, and the Certified Defense Privatization Manager (CDPM) designation through MHLI, though these two certifications are not active. I also belong to the STAR12 membership program that is a part of the Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc, and its training division of National Seminars Group. I\'ve managed a multitude of residential real estate properties throughout my career including mid-rises, high-rises, condominiums, co-operatives, townhouses, homeowner associations and age-restricted active adult communities. I am proud to state that I was named NAPW’s 2010 VIP Woman of the Year for my services to the Real Estate Management Industry. Specialties: Active Adult Communities, Homeowner Associations and Military Housing Management, employee training programs, marketing and business development.
