Lead the strategy and execution for UAT business testing, leveraging Agile best practices in support of a new Duck Creek platform rollout for Personal Lines for Quarterly Releases which included state roll-outs. Implemented \'Shift Left\' UAT testing to test state rules early to find defects to be fixed, prior to current release. Measure and drive business quality by collaborating across the program, attending demos and working with team members to build out a robust End to End, front-end to back-end test bed for User Acceptance Testing. Lead retrospectives to encourage continuous improvement and strengthen quality results.Perform manual testing including creating quotes with various characteristics such as losses, validating underwriting rules by state. Create Auto policies, perform service transactions (add/remove drivers, change/add/remove vehicles, cancellations/reinstatements etc). Create Home quotes/policies. Test UW rules by states. Execute Home Service transactions (add a loss, update roof, cancellations/reinstatements etc.)- Validate all policy transactions feed to Billing and Output appropriately.Trend UAT defect prone areas to share with Agile Value streams for improvement opportunities.Lead UAT testing for scheduled Maintenance Releases as well as unplanned Hot Fix Releases to support Production issues.
