ABOUT DEBORAH SCOTT

I have been part of the travel industry for 30+ years. I have spent the last few years in business development which gave me an amazing experience as I cover a sales region coast to coast. During the global pandemic I pivoted while the travel industry worked at a recovery. I have bounced back into the industry taking on a new role with Fresh Tracks Canada with a inside sales role as a Vacation Advisor. Along my path I enjoyed the side of learning and development within a travel organization and added much personally growth from that part of my career that I continue to take advantage of. As most in travel I started my travel career as a travel consultant which was the stepping stone into my lengthy career. I have a passion for leadership, sales and development and a customer experience creator with my many years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. I take pride in delivering a high level of customer service and have designed and implemented customized marketing initiatives, training programs and travel trade presentations that impacted travel professionals. My willingness to motivate and engage within the travel industry community and a strong and consistent work ethic. On my personal time I enjoy travelling and hope to cross off my list. I have also found a new favourite pastime in landscape painting and love it and look forward to creating many more masterpieces of places I have visited.
