A broadly experienced Claims and Litigation Management executive, widely recognized among industry professionals as a Program Development and Implementation Leader, Claims Resolution Technical Expert, People Leader, Speaker and Advocate. Recently retired following 25 exciting and rewarding years leading Global Claims and Litigation Management at Comcast NBCUniversal, I am now focused on informing and inspiring the next generation of leaders - particularly women and members of other underrepresented communities within the risk management, claims management and insurance industries. As Vice President of ClaimsXchange, I am directly involved in creating educational and networking events that offer members opportunities to advance their individual careers while fostering the deep relationships that allow the claims management industry to grow and thrive. In my role as educational content creator and faculty member for Ladder Down for Women in Risk Management and Insurance, I work closely with professional women who are committed to furthering their careers in the risk management and insurance industries through leadership development, personal branding, effective communication and mentoring. I am a frequent speaker at insurance and claims management industry events, and enjoy other opportunities to educate, support and empower emerging talent.
