Reporting to the Group Operations Director, I developed the H&S Strategy and H&S policy covering all UK and Irish offices. I carry out hazard identification, risk assessment, monitor contractor RAMS for works and staff events and identify and deliver H&S and fire training. I monitor and investigate accidents, file RIDDOR reports and present quarterly reports to senior management. I audit all UK premises including advising on fire and food safety and ensure that staff consultation is paramount by facilitating effective Health and Safety Committees and working with the employee respect groups.
