After starting in my father\'s business at the age of 19, I am now twenty-nine years vested in lending and I love it! Having worked my way from receptionist to processor, underwriter to closer, as well as helped in post closing and secondary market sales, I feel fortunate to have a very well rounded knowledge of the industry. I currently assist seven originators for New American Funding in our Midwest region and work with dozens of realtors throughout the Metro East and St Louis area. I strive to provide service proudly mirroring the New American model! My focus continues to be on helping potential homeowners stay informed throughout the process and helping my referral partners reach their goals. I am fortunate to have a staff in operations that is second to none and I get to stay involved in the loan process from beginning to end as I remain the point of contact for borrowers, agents, title companies as well as the ops team working behind the scenes. I keep everyone up to speed on the status of each loan and can be reached at all hours of the day. Communication is key and I strive to ensure that everyone involved in the process has a pleasurable experience so they become customers for life.
