ABOUT DEBORAH RAFFAELE

I graduated in Engineering Management, specialising in Data and Information Management. My undergraduate curriculum is designed to promote analytical skills, with specialised courses such as Data Mining and Process Mining, providing hands-on exposure to industry-leading software tools such as R, Celonis and Disco. This hands-on experience allows me to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency in organisational performance. I have worked on projects as an integral component of university courses, focusing on product lifecycle management, from CAD design and development to process management and production simulation using SAP, culminating in market launch; and projects on data and process analysis of real case studies, like purchasing process in a big company. As a Board Member since 2022 in IGeA, the University of Calabria\'s student association for management engineers, I have the role of Internal Affairs and Secretary Responsible. In this capacity, I have contributed to the organisation of local and international events, leading the Planning and Logistics team and overseeing human resources management tasks. In these experiences, I have applied Project Management knowledge to better manage teams and reach the goals. In addition to my academic and extracurricular experiences, my ambition is to transition into the dynamic work environment of the industrial sector. I aspire to contribute my skills and knowledge to a role that not only allows me to grow personally and professionally but also enables me to make a tangible impact on the organization\'s success. I am particularly interested in roles that involve process optimization, supply chain management, and product lifecycle enhancement.
