I joined Arcadis in 2005 and since then have successfully delivered many high profile projects for the Environment Agency. In 2014 I became a Partner and lead the Southern Environment Agency team within the national account and in 2016 have become an equity partner and lead the Environment Agency account nationally. Since 2018 I have focussed my leadership on my young son and at work in the DEIB space as our Global Gender Affinity Group Chair and the UK & I Charity Board Chair.
