ABOUT DEBORAH MCCROSSIN

With over 25 years experience in Construction Administration and Project Management, I bring proven team and project management skills to commercial construction projects. I have a strong ability in training, team building, and management. My experience includes proposal and design management, engineering management, project management, budgeting, process improvement, and training. In current role I manage project delivery over seeing team for a project base of 30MW of Ground Mount and Rooftop solar. I have worked in a teaming environment on over 60 MW of commercial solar energy projects throughout North Eastern US and New Mexico. Position in General Construction Tenant Fit Out allowed me to be involved in projects 200k to 5M. I strive to continually demonstrate outstanding time management, communication skills, and meet targeted delivery dates, budgets and schedules. I have a longstanding reputation as a hard working individual, who adapts well to different environments.
