With over 20 years’ experience in Health and Social Care, primarily within the charity sector, I bring a unique blend of operational leadership, HR expertise, and a commitment to values-led practice. I\'m now seeking the next chapter in my career—open to interim or permanent opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact through people-focused solutions and strategic leadership.As a skilled HR practitioner, I specialise in employee relations, investigations, hearings, and transformational change. I’ve successfully resolved complex ER cases, managed TUPE transfers and redundancy processes. I’ve led multi-site operations, managing multiple direct reports.
