A & PD is focused on AO, IO and SI Start Up (formerly mobilisation), Transformation which helps DLs transform their delivery by deploying assets to eradicate waste, optimize processes and inject automation to improve productivity, as well as Delivery Control which provides program management expertise for both our Clients and Accenture.
