This position is a quality assurance and standards role that develops, implements and licenses behavioral health treatment and recovery programs. The community programs team provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to behavioral health providers, peer support and recovery groups, internal/external stakeholders about promising and best clinical practices and integrated behavioral health services,(such as trauma informed care) across the continuum of care. This role is accountable to federal and state statute, regulation, policy, funding and population needs and trends. In addition, a member for involuntary commitment team in the state for clients dealing with substance abuse issues. This entails working with family members, detox centers, treatment centers and the judicial system around the state. Also, transitional specialist manager working with systems that enable client\'s (children, adolescents and adults) who no longer meet psychiatric hospitalization criteria to move back into their community.
