About Deborah Hatala
Calm, positive, active listener, creative problem solver, excellent communicator, and an experienced leader. I am an Air Force Intelligence Officer with a wide array of experiences. I have led teams ranging from under 10 to around 100. My experiences include traditional intelligence roles such as collection, analysis, and support to operations. I have also served in some unique roles such as being a Vietnam War POW/MIA Senior Case Analyst and Deputy Inspector General. I am an inclusive leader who energizes my teams through advocacy, trust, and empowerment.Next, I am married to another Air Force officer and we have three wonderful boys. We enjoy traveling as a family whether that is to Disney World or our favorite campground in the mountains. For hobbies, I love to read, plan, and spend time with my family.Finally, I am passionate about supporting women in their prenatal and postpartum journeys.
