Work in conjunction with the curatorial and education staff and community artists to develop and implement the artistic and rental program of the theater, including film screenings, live performances of music, drama, and dance, exhibition programs, community access, and rental to outside community groups and organizations. Arrange for guest speakers; introduce films and lead post-film discussions. Oversee the sound financial management of the theater, including fund-raising, marketing, and public relations. Have traveled to film festivals around the world, including the Sundance Film Festival; Tribeca Film Festival; Toronto International Film Festival; Berlin International Film Festival; Febio Film Festival of Prague; Thessaloniki International Film Festival; Marrakech International Film Festival; and Palm Springs International Film Festival. Have lectured or been a guest speaker at various institutions, including Eastern Connecticut State University; St. Joseph College; New Britain Museum of Art; Real Art Ways; Lucy Welles Library in Newington; Farmington Library; and the Mystic Arts Center.
