The Sr Manager, Talent Development is responsible for assessing organizational talent development needs and leading the design, implementation, and measurement of talent initiatives, processes, and programs. Oversees a team that are responsible for the design, development, delivery, and assessment of enterprise-wide talent solutions including, onboarding, employee development, and performance development. This role will create and maintain strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and employees to identify talent needs, performance, and development opportunities. Additionally, this role works collaboratively with BECU leadership to develop and deploy talent solutions.
