ABOUT DEBORAH DIETZ
I’m a strategic consultant and inclusion leader with over 20 years of experience advancing access, opportunity, and equity for people with disabilities. As President and Co-Founder of Disability Insights, I collaborate with businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits to develop inclusive systems that align with both legal compliance and organizational objectives. From workplace accommodations and accessibility planning to training and policy review, we help organizations build environments where everyone can participate and thrive.I also serve as Executive Director and Co-Founder of Disability Independence Group (DIG), a nonprofit advocacy center focused on protecting the civil rights of individuals with disabilities. Our nationally recognized Wallet Card Project is just one example of how DIG transforms safety and communication for people with disabilities in interactions with law enforcement and beyond. At the intersection of policy, practice, and lived experience, I bring a solutions-focused approach that empowers individuals and strengthens communities. My work is grounded in the belief that when systems are designed to be inclusive, everyone benefits.
