Promoted to turn-around off-track implementation ($60MM CAR) of Cornerstone-on-Demand to replace 13 disparate Quality ComplianceWire instances with one global, enterprise LMS in a GxP regulatory environment to support One LMS strategy to improve end-to-end experience, advance capabilities, enable enterprise reporting and centralized service organization. Collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Global Services, Human Resources, and Quality/R&D/Supply Chain leadership to influence and shape learning strategy and processes, implementation plan and training delivery. Co-chairing a Life Sciences Industry consortium to unite voices with Medtronic, Sanofi, Roche, Novartis, Baxter, and Edwards in influencing Cornerstone-on-Demand vendor roadmap to represent GxP and regulatory needs. Collaborating directly with vendor C-suite to drive better value and innovation. Benchmarking with peer companies to share experience and drive best practices. Efforts have resulted in over 50 CSOD enhancements that enabled the continuation of the Cornerstone program for our GxP learning populations. Represent Supply Chain partnering with HR Product Owner leader in evaluating business needs, recommending technical solutions, improve employee end-to-end experience, process optimization, and drive enhancement roadmap to better service our stakeholders utilizing Agile Methodology and Design Thinking. Lead team of two directors, two senior managers, two managers and two contractors Responsible for Capital Appropriation Request, LRFP, Business Plans, meeting budget, and benefits realization.
