Represent Supply Chain partnering with HR Product Owner leader in evaluating business needs, recommending technical solutions, improve employee end-to-end experience, process optimization, and drive enhancement roadmap to better service our stakeholders utilizing Agile Methodology and Design Thinking. Lead team of two directors, two senior managers, two managers and two contractors Responsible for Capital Appropriation Request, LRFP, Business Plans, meeting budget, and benefits realization.
