Western provides the full continuum of inpatient, outpatient and community based services across adult, geriatric, child and adolescent programs in mental illness and addiction care. Collaborates with coordinated integrated care with physical health programs to best meet population needs across a large regional health system. Serve as the Chief Executive and strategic leader for Senior Services for one of the nations largest health system. This role includes oversight of extensive skilled nursing and senior living programs, housing over 2500 seniors daily; as well as extensive home health and hospice services with a combined census of over Engaged directly in the leadership of PACE programming, joint venture collaborations, and regional provision of Aging services including partnership with multiple health systems and the State, to successfully support pandemic response for 600 long term care facilities.
